Booking Fees
♥ A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
♥ If you cancel, reschedule, or move your appointment for any reason, the booking fee will be lost.
♥ The only exceptions for a refund are:
– Your booking cannot be accepted by ABBeauty.
– You experience an allergic reaction to products (with proof).
♥ Booking fees must be paid online via Square at the time of booking.
Cancellations
♥ A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment.
♥ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no-show, will require full payment of the treatment cost.
♥ The £10 booking fee is non-refundable at any time.
♥ If you cancel more than four consecutive appointments, ABBeauty reserves the right to refuse further bookings.
♥ Appointments cannot be “moved” — if you wish to change your date/time, you must book a new appointment via the website.
Patch Tests
♥ A patch test is mandatory for all treatments at ABBeauty and must be carried out 24–48 hours before your appointment.
♥ Please arrange a date and time directly with me. As ABBeauty is home-based, patch tests are usually carried out briefly outside of the treatment room.
♥ Even if you’ve had a similar treatment elsewhere, a patch test is still required as my products may differ.
♥ If a patch test is not completed, your appointment will be cancelled and your £10 booking fee will be lost.
General Policies
Who Can Have Treatment:
♥ Treatments are available for clients 16+. Clients under 16 require written parental/guardian consent and technician approval.
Who Can Attend:
♥ Only the client is permitted to attend the appointment. No children, partners, or friends.
♥ For under-16 clients, please contact me to discuss arrangements.
Late Arrivals:
♥ Up to 10 minutes late – treatment will go ahead but within your booked time, which may affect results.
♥ Over 15 minutes late – appointment will be cancelled and full payment is required.
Allergic Reactions:
♥ Allergic reactions are rare but possible at any time. If you experience redness, swelling, bruising, blistering, or soreness, contact me immediately for advice.
Infills (Lash Extensions):
♥ 40–50% of lashes must remain for an infill.
♥ Less than this will require a new full set.
♥ Infills should be booked every 2–3 weeks.
♥ Mini fills require at least 70% of lashes remaining.
Gift Vouchers:
♥ Valid for 6 months from purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Returns & Refunds:
♥ Retail items (aftercare kits, serums) are non-returnable unless faulty.
♥ Faulty items can be exchanged with proof of defect.
♥ Treatments are non-refundable. If unhappy, contact me within 24 hours so I can address the issue.
No-Shows:
♥ One no-show without valid reason and no contact within 24 hours will require full payment upfront for future appointments. This payment is non-refundable
